מי אנחנו

אפליקציית Near u ("האפליקציה") מופעלת על ידי בועז גולן ניהול והפקות בע"מ, ח"פ 516772696, הרצל 27, קריית אתא 2808841, ישראל ("אנחנו"). מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע נאסף באפליקציה, למה הוא משמש, למי הוא מוצג ואיך אפשר למחוק אותו. לכל שאלה: nearu@nearu.co.il.

איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים

• מספר טלפון - לצורך הרשמה וכניסה באמצעות קוד חד-פעמי ב-SMS. הקוד תקף ל-10 דקות ונמחק אחרי השימוש. המספר לא מוצג לאף משתמש אחר.
• פרטי פרופיל - שם, מגדר, תאריך לידה (לאימות גיל 18 ומעלה ולהצגת הגיל בלבד, התאריך עצמו לא מוצג), ולפי בחירתכם גם תמונת פרופיל, תיאור קצר, עיר, תחומי עניין, תגיות, סטטוס, מדינת מגורים ושפות מדוברות. מדינת המגורים נקבעת בהתחלה לפי קידומת מספר הטלפון ואפשר לשנות אותה.
• מיקום - האפליקציה דורשת גישה למיקום המדויק של המכשיר בזמן השימוש בה. אנחנו שומרים רק את המיקום האחרון ומועד עדכונו, וכל עדכון מחליף את הקודם. האפליקציה לא אוספת מיקום ברקע כשהיא סגורה.
• הודעות ומדיה - הודעות טקסט, הודעות קוליות, תמונות וסרטונים שאתם שולחים בצ'אט. קבצי מדיה מומרים לפורמט אחיד, ונתוני מטא (כמו מיקום שמוטמע בתמונה) מוסרים מהם.
• פעילות חברתית - רשימת חברים, אנשים שבחרתם להסתיר את עצמכם מהם, התראות והגדרות (רדיוס, מצב בלתי נראה, סינון "מי מופיע במפה", שפה).
• התראות פוש - אם הפעלתם אותן, נשמר מזהה המנוי של המכשיר לקבלת התראות.
• מידע טכני - כתובת IP, סוג המכשיר והדפדפן, ורישום טכני של שליחת קבצים ושגיאות (זמן, מזהה משתמש, סוג וגודל הקובץ ותוצאה). המידע משמש לאבטחה, למניעת שימוש לרעה ולתיקון תקלות.

אין באפליקציה פרסומות או כלי ניתוח (אנליטיקס) של צד שלישי, ואנחנו לא מוכרים מידע אישי.

מה רואים משתמשים אחרים

• משתמשים בקרבתכם (בתוך הרדיוס שהם בחרו) רואים אתכם על המפה, כולל המיקום שלכם והמרחק מהם, וגם את פרטי הפרופיל הציבוריים: שם, גיל, מגדר, תמונה או אווטאר, תיאור, עיר, תחומי עניין, תגיות, סטטוס, מדינה, שפות והאם אתם מחוברים כרגע.
• גם מבקרים שגולשים כאורחים (בלי הרשמה) יכולים לראות את המפה ואת הפרופילים הציבוריים בקרבתם. אורחים עצמם לא מופיעים למשתמשים אחרים.
• במצב בלתי נראה אף אחד לא רואה אתכם במפה. אפשר גם להסתיר את עצמכם ממשתמש מסוים, ואז הוא לא יראה אתכם ולא יוכל לשלוח לכם הודעות. מי שלא עדכן מיקום במשך 7 ימים לא מוצג במפה.
• הודעות ומדיה בצ'אט נגישות רק לשני המשתתפים בשיחה, דרך קישורים פרטיים שתוקפם מוגבל בזמן.

שיחות קול ווידאו

השיחות מתבצעות ישירות בין המכשירים (WebRTC) ואינן מוקלטות. כדי ליצור את החיבור, המכשירים פונים לשרתי STUN של Google, ולעיתים התקשורת עוברת דרך שרת ממסר (TURN). שרתים אלה רואים את כתובות ה-IP, אך לא את תוכן השיחה, שמוצפן.

הרשאות במכשיר

מיקום (חובה, להצגת אנשים בקרבתכם), מיקרופון (הודעות קוליות ושיחות), מצלמה ותמונות (שליחת תמונות וסרטונים ושיחות וידאו) והתראות (לפי בחירתכם). אפשר לבטל הרשאות בהגדרות המכשיר, אבל בלי מיקום לא ניתן להשתמש באפליקציה.

שירותים של צדדים שלישיים

• ספק SMS - מקבל את מספר הטלפון ואת הודעת הקוד כדי לשלוח אותה.
• מפות - אריחי המפה נטענים מ-OpenFreeMap (ובמקרה הצורך מ-OpenStreetMap), שמקבלים את כתובת ה-IP ואת אזור המפה המוצג.
• התראות פוש - נשלחות דרך שירות ההתראות של מערכת ההפעלה או הדפדפן (למשל Apple או Google), וכוללות את תוכן ההתראה, כמו שם השולח ותחילת ההודעה.
• שיחות - שרתי STUN של Google ושרת ממסר, כמתואר למעלה.
• אחסון - המידע נשמר בשרתים שלנו או של ספק אחסון שאנחנו עובדים איתו, שעשויים להימצא מחוץ לישראל.

שמירת מידע ומחיקה

• המידע נשמר כל עוד החשבון קיים.
• אפשר למחוק את החשבון בכל עת באפליקציה: פרופיל, ואז "מחיקת החשבון". המחיקה מיידית וכוללת את הפרופיל, התמונה, כל ההודעות והמדיה ששלחתם וקיבלתם (גם אצל הצד השני בשיחה), החברים, ההתראות ומנויי הפוש.
• חשבון אורח נמחק אוטומטית אחרי 24 שעות.
• אפשר גם לבקש מאיתנו עיון, תיקון או מחיקה של מידע בכתובת nearu@nearu.co.il.

אבטחה

התקשורת עם השרת מוצפנת (HTTPS), קבצי המדיה נגישים רק למשתתפי השיחה, ואנחנו נוקטים אמצעים סבירים להגנה על המידע. אין שיטה מאובטחת לחלוטין, ולכן איננו יכולים להבטיח הגנה מוחלטת.

גיל

האפליקציה מיועדת לבני 18 ומעלה בלבד. ההרשמה דורשת תאריך לידה, ומי שמתחת לגיל 18 לא יכול להירשם.

שינויים במדיניות

אנחנו עשויים לעדכן מדיניות זו. התאריך בראש הדף יעודכן, ועל שינוי מהותי נודיע באפליקציה.

Who we are

The Near u app (the "App") is operated by Boaz Golan Management and Productions Ltd, company no. 516772696, 27 Herzl, Kiryat Ata, 2808841, Israel ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, who can see it and how you can delete it. Questions: nearu@nearu.co.il.

Information we collect

• Phone number - to sign up and sign in with a one-time code sent by SMS. The code is valid for 10 minutes and is deleted once used. Your number is never shown to other users.
• Profile details - name, gender, date of birth (used only to confirm you are 18 or older and to show your age; the date itself is not shown), and, if you choose, a profile photo, short bio, city, interests, tags, status, country of residence and spoken languages. Country of residence is first set from your phone number's country code and can be changed.
• Location - the App requires access to your device's precise location while you use it. We store only your latest location and when it was updated; each update replaces the previous one. The App does not collect location in the background when it is closed.
• Messages and media - text messages, voice messages, photos and videos you send in chat. Media files are converted to a standard format, and metadata (such as location embedded in a photo) is removed.
• Social activity - your friends list, people you chose to hide from, alerts and settings (radius, invisible mode, "who appears on the map" filter, language).
• Push notifications - if you turn them on, your device's push subscription is stored so we can send notifications.
• Technical data - IP address, device and browser type, and technical logs of file uploads and errors (time, user ID, file type and size, and result). This is used for security, abuse prevention and fixing problems.

The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics, and we do not sell personal information.

What other users can see

• Users near you (within the radius they chose) can see you on the map, including your location and distance from them, and your public profile: name, age, gender, photo or avatar, bio, city, interests, tags, status, country, languages and whether you are online.
• Visitors browsing as guests (without signing up) can also see the map and public profiles near them. Guests themselves are not shown to other users.
• In invisible mode nobody sees you on the map. You can also hide from a specific user, who then cannot see you or message you. Users who have not updated their location for 7 days are not shown on the map.
• Chat messages and media are available only to the two people in the conversation, through private links that expire.

Voice and video calls

Calls connect directly between devices (WebRTC) and are not recorded. To set up the connection, devices contact Google STUN servers, and sometimes traffic passes through a relay (TURN) server. These servers see IP addresses but not the call content, which is encrypted.

Device permissions

Location (required, to show people near you), microphone (voice messages and calls), camera and photos (sending photos and videos, and video calls) and notifications (optional). You can turn permissions off in your device settings, but the App cannot be used without location.

Third-party services

• SMS provider - receives your phone number and the code message in order to send it.
• Maps - map tiles are loaded from OpenFreeMap (and, if needed, OpenStreetMap), which receive your IP address and the map area being viewed.
• Push notifications - delivered through your operating system's or browser's push service (for example Apple or Google), including the notification content, such as the sender's name and the start of the message.
• Calls - Google STUN servers and a relay server, as described above.
• Hosting - data is stored on our servers or those of a hosting provider we use, which may be located outside Israel.

Retention and deletion

• Your information is kept for as long as your account exists.
• You can delete your account at any time in the App: Profile, then "Delete account". Deletion is immediate and removes your profile, photo, all messages and media you sent and received (including from the other person's conversation), friends, alerts and push subscriptions.
• Guest accounts are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
• You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your information at nearu@nearu.co.il.

Security

Communication with our server is encrypted (HTTPS), media files are available only to the people in the conversation, and we take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Age

The App is for people aged 18 and over only. Sign-up requires a date of birth, and people under 18 cannot register.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change, and we will notify you in the App of any material change.
