הדף הזה מסביר איך מוחקים את החשבון שלך באפליקציה Near u של בועז גולן ניהול והפקות בע"מ, ואילו נתונים נמחקים.

אפשרות 1: מחיקה מתוך האפליקציה

1. פותחים את Near u ונכנסים לחשבון.
2. לוחצים על פרופיל בתפריט התחתון.
3. גוללים למטה ולוחצים על מחיקת החשבון.
4. מאשרים את המחיקה.

המחיקה מיידית. היא עובדת גם בלי הרשאת מיקום (במסך בקשת המיקום בוחרים "לפרופיל ולהגדרות בלי מיקום").

אפשרות 2: בקשה במייל

אם אין לך גישה לאפליקציה, אפשר לשלוח בקשה ל-nearu@nearu.co.il עם הכותרת "מחיקת חשבון" ועם מספר הטלפון שאיתו נרשמת. נוודא שהחשבון שייך לך ונמחק אותו תוך 30 יום לכל היותר, ונעדכן אותך במייל כשהמחיקה תושלם.

מה נמחק

• הפרופיל: שם, מגדר, תאריך לידה, תמונת פרופיל, תיאור, עיר, תחומי עניין, תגיות, סטטוס, מדינה ושפות.
• מספר הטלפון והמיקום האחרון שנשמר.
• כל ההודעות, ההודעות הקוליות, התמונות והסרטונים ששלחת וקיבלת, גם אצל הצד השני בשיחה.
• רשימת החברים, ההסתרות, ההתראות, ההגדרות ומזהי התראות הפוש.

מה נשמר ולכמה זמן

• דיווחים על הפרות שכבר טופלו נשמרים עד שנה, לצורך אכיפה ומניעת שימוש לרעה.
• גיבויים טכניים של השרת נמחקים אוטומטית תוך 14 יום.

אי אפשר לבטל מחיקה. אחרי המחיקה אפשר להירשם מחדש עם אותו מספר, אבל כחשבון חדש וריק.

This page explains how to delete your account in the Near u app by Boaz Golan Management and Productions Ltd, and which data is deleted.

Option 1: Delete in the app

1. Open Near u and sign in.
2. Tap Profile in the bottom menu.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm.

Deletion is immediate. It also works without location permission (on the location screen choose "Profile and settings without location").

Option 2: Request by email

If you can't access the app, email nearu@nearu.co.il with the subject "Delete account" and the phone number you signed up with. We will verify that the account is yours, delete it within 30 days at most, and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, gender, date of birth, profile photo, bio, city, interests, tags, status, country and languages.
• Your phone number and your last saved location.
• All messages, voice messages, photos and videos you sent and received, including in the other person's conversation.
• Your friends list, hidden-from list, alerts, settings and push notification tokens.

What is kept, and for how long

• Reports about violations that were already handled are kept for up to 1 year, for enforcement and abuse prevention.
• Technical server backups are deleted automatically within 14 days.

Deletion cannot be undone. You can sign up again with the same number afterwards, as a new, empty account.
